This Sunday, October 26, 2025, marks the end of our first major trip to St Andrews.
A fantastic week in a magical city for any lover of the game of golf.
You can find the details of the trip via this link
For me, this is the real beginning of the great adventure I want to lead with French Way Of Golf. What could be better than making it happen in the cradle of golf?
St Andrews is where the first seeds of my project were planted.
We played 4 iconic courses in the region
Castle Course, The Balcomie in Crail, New Course and The Torrance at Fairmont
3 lucky players had the chance to walk the Old Course thanks to the ballot. The others found plenty to do on their day off, some enjoying the town and the coast, others adding an extra round!

The proximity of the Old Course 18th green made it the epicentre of the trip, with the nearby shops. The French were known locally after just a few hours.
A final evening at TSquared, to celebrate our last night by… playing golf on a simulator!

A big thank you to the 16 participants for trusting me to guide them on this adventure. I made some wonderful connections, and also strengthened the bonds with those I already knew!
An extra shout-out to Stéphane, for being my co-pilot throughout the week and a driving force in building the trip. We will try to bring the same great energy to the Golftechnic Challenge in 2026!
St Andrews will remain on the FWOG trip calendar every year. A new edition is already planned for April 2026.
See you soon!
