12. What are your cancellation and refund conditions?

Unless specific conditions are stated in advance:

• more than 90 days before departure: 100% refund of amounts paid, minus €100 in administration fees
• between 60 and 90 days before departure: 50% refund of amounts paid
• less than 60 days before departure: no refund

For certain stays paid in full at the time of booking, such as St Andrews, these same conditions apply unless otherwise stated.
