Unless otherwise specified, the booking is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit of the total trip amount. The balance is then paid no later than 90 days before the start of the trip. Certain trips, such as St Andrews, may require full payment upon booking. This is always specified in advance on the offer and quote.
